Come to Busselton to join in all the fun of the 2013 153rd Annual Busselton Agricultural Society Show. Taking place on Friday the 1st and Saturday the 2nd of November there will be ring events, art and craft displays, sideshow alley, showbags galore and a fireworks display on Friday night.
Celebrating its 153rd year, the Busselton Agricultural Show has it all. Livestock displays, equestrian events, art and craft displays, market stalls, sideshow alley, fireworks… the list goes on.
Held at Churchill Park, there are many pavilions to wander through where you can view flower arrangements, baked goods, crafts, photography exhibits and award winning produce. On the huge outdoor grassed area you can find displays of cars, machinery, caravans, a large variety of other goods and services and lots of food outlets for all of the favourite treats and showbags.
Friday is the day to be there to watch events in the show ring. The rest of the exhibits, stalls and side show alley open mid to late afternoon on the Friday, with the fireworks lighting up the sky in the evening to close the night. Gates open again at 9am on Saturday and it’s time to say goodbye at 5pm.
If you’d like to exhibit your talent for growing or creating, perhaps you can enter something. There are many categories to enter so have a look at the Website.
