Busselton will host a round of the State Beach Volleyball Series on the 22nd and 23rd of February. This is a great spectator event so get down to the Busselton Foreshore to see the action.
The Busselton Volleyball Association is to host a round of the 12th annual state beach volleyball series on the 22nd and 23rd of February! The event will see some of Western Australia’s finest volleyball players competing, including past and future Olympians. The Busselton Open is the sixth round of the WA series and provides a major boost to sport in the South West.
Local players are also involved in the event; there are grades to suit all skill levels from beginners to the advanced. Nominations are now closed, however more information can be found at the Volleyball WA website.
The action takes place on the Busselton Foreshore near the jetty between 7.00am and 7.00pm on Saturday and between 7.00am and 5.30pm on Sunday. The Busselton Beach Volleyball Association is encouraging locals and tourists to head down to the beach to support what will be an exciting sporting event!
