Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence

Mandalay Holiday Resort and Tourist Park are a proud to be WINNERS of the 2015
tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence.

Tripadvisor is a review website where people can read customer reviews and add their own review for accommodation providers, restaurants and attractions that they have visited. There is also a forum for you to have questions answered by the tripadvisor “Destination Experts”.

We love getting reviews so that we can see what our guests enjoy most about Mandalay, as well as learning how we may improve your holiday experience. If you have stayed at Mandalay and would like to leave your feedback you can do so on the tripadvisor website as well as on the Mandalay Holiday Resort website.

Of course, if you are staying with us, we would prefer to know about any improvements we may be able to make during your stay! Our reception is open from 8am to 8pm daily and we are happy to help where we can. We have a hard working team of Housekeeping and Maintenance staff who do their best to have everything in perfect order for you throughout your stay.

If you are yet to stay at Mandalay, read our tripadvisor reviews to see why we were lucky enough to receive the Certificate of Excellence again.

The kids are sure to be on the countdown to JULY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS! Make it a special break away with a stay at Mandalay Holiday Resort and Tourist Park.

Puddles

Winter can be a dreary time of year, but don’t let it get you down. Pull on a rain jacket and a pair of gumboots and enjoy splashing in the puddles at Mandalay! Cricket may be out of the question, but bring along a soccer ball or football to kick around with your new friends on our playing field. If the wind comes up, make the most of it by flying a kite down at the beach.

Push bikes and scooters are welcome at Mandalay. Remember to always wear your helmet and put your wheels away when the sun goes down.

If you’d prefer some indoor activities, talk to the Reception Team for some ideas of where to go and what to do. There is sure to be something to suit your family with lighthouses, caves, a climbing centre, animal farms and much more in the region.

Maybe plan your day around a Whale Watching cruise in Augusta.

Don’t forget about our Indoor Heated Swimming Pool and our Games Room to entertain the family. And we have DVD hire available from Reception if you’d rather snuggle up in your accommodation or caravan.

Mandalay self-contained accommodation and powered caravan and camping sites are available for a minimum stay of two nights through the July school holidays. Phone us today to enquire about availability or make a booking on line.

We allow pets to accompany their owners when they stay in a designated area of our caravan and camping sites from May to November, excluding school holidays periods.
Pet Friendly at Mandalay

Of course, there are some rules to be followed to ensure that everyone has a wonderful time at Mandalay, such as making sure you pick up after your pet, stay within the pet friendly area of the resort and keep your pet on a short lead. There is a Dog Exercise Beach and Park not far away so it is a great place for you to enjoy a holiday with your extended fur family.

Pets are wonderful company and it is great to be able to take them on holidays with you. But make sure you do some research first and check that you are able to take your pet with you to all the places you would like to visit or that there is a kennel or day care facility where your pet could stay while you explore. Some of the Dog Kennels in the Busselton area are Marlee Country Kennels and Bushlands Pet Resort.

Phone now to book your Pet Friendly caravan or camping stay at Mandalay. Please let us know when making your booking that you will be bringing your pet as we do need to allocate you a site in a designated area.
