• You have a brand new kitchen, dining and living area
• Lounge with 81cm flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans
• Dining area and kitchen has the latest in quality fittings including microwave, electric cooktop and oven, large fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
• Outdoor table and chairs on the balcony.
