• Lounge with 81cm flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fan.
• Kitchen/dining area with gas cooktop, microwave oven, large fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, electric frypan, kettle and toaster.
• Laundry facilities include auto washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
• Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
• Outdoor table and chairs on the verandah. The ballustrade has a small children safety gate.
